INDIAN MOBILE REGISTER

The National Mobile Security Council (NMSC) propelled by NSC is a Not-for-Profit autonomous council body founded with the aim of providing a technology based opt-in security subscription service to the mobile users in India which is aimed towards the National Security. Its function is to provide and manage the opt-in paid subscriptions of the IMR service to the mobile users in India.

All subscribers of IMR automatically agrees to the following Terms and Conditions upon registering to IMR services –

a. The subscriber has given his/her willful consent to IMR/the IMR agent to capture his/her Aadhaar data to register to and receive the IMR service.

b. The subscriber agrees that he/she need to report the loss of mobile on the IMR website www.imr.net.in within 7 days from the loss of phone.

c. The subscriber agrees that he/she needs to submit the claim request with the required documents i.e FIR Copy, Mobile Block Request Acknowledgement & Aadhaar Card within 15 days from the loss of phone.

d. The subscriber agrees that he/she will be eligible to claim a brand new 4G handset only upon submission of the required documents to IMR as mentioned as mentioned in above point.

e. The subscriber agrees that in case of loss of mobile, he/she need to lodge the FIR to police in the pre-set FIR application format available at www.imr.net.in

f. The subscriber agrees that IMR will approve subscribers claim request only upon successful verification of the required documents being submitted by the subscriber to IMR regarding his/her claim.

g. The subscriber agrees that if his/her claim request is approved by IMR, the brand new handset will be shipped only to the subscribers registered address after 90 days from the date The subscriber has reported the loss of mobile in the IMR website www.imr.net.in

h. The subscriber agrees that his/her claim request will be dishonored by IMR if loss of mobile is not reported by subscriber in the IMR website www.imr.net.in within 7 days as mentioned in www.imr.net.in. The stipulated time is being calculated from the date of loss of mobile as mentioned in the FIR copy submitted by the subscriber to IMR.

i. The subscriber agrees that claim has to be filed by the subscriber in the IMR website within 15 days as mentioned in www.imr.net.in. The stipulated time is being calculated from the date of loss of mobile as mentioned in the FIR copy submitted by him/her to IMR.

j. The subscriber agrees that IMR ships new handsets through e-commerce portals. If subscriber’s area/location is not within the serviceable area/location of the partner courier companies of the e-commerce portal(s), then the new handset will be shipped by IMR to the MSP (Master Service Provider) or to the SP (Service Provider) of the district.

k. The subscriber agrees that IMR reserves the right to disapprove subscribers claim request if subscriber does not take required action regarding reporting of loss of mobile handset and regarding claim within the stipulated time as mentioned in www.imr.net.in

l. The subscriber agrees that IMR reserves the right to disapprove subscribers claim request if the documents submitted by the subscriber regarding loss of mobile handset do not pass the verification process.

m. The subscriber agrees that all decisions made by IMR pertaining to subscription & claims are irrevocable and the same cannot be challenged in any court of law.

The subscriber also agrees to all other Terms and Conditions of IMR regarding IMR service as mentioned in www.imr.net.in
